Φ50mm galvanized steel rollers with precise bearings guarantee fairly low noise and long life span.
Twin PVC rollers,stainless steel rollers also available for certain sensitive cargo.
Effective roller width are 600mm as standard(300mm~1000mm as options).
50kg per linear meter load capacity
Heavy duty powder coated steel side plates ensure maximum strength and durability,bright Zinc plated side plates also available.
Supporting legs are fully adjustable from 700mm to 1000mm as standard(800mm to 1200mm as option).
Easy to move around on Dia 100mm heavy duty lockable swivel polyurethane casters.
With package stop end bar to prevent cartons from falling off the conveyors.
Can be made in custom lengths to suit your individual conveying application.
Quickly and easily join two or more units together to expand your system.

Packing and Shipping

①　Take off legs and packed in cartons.

②　Lay conveyor bodies on plywood pallets and wrapped with cardboard, bubble film and stretch film.Then put the leg cartons over the pallet and fix them together by bandage.
